Coach Time

We have coaches on the gym floor to give you a hand at popular times during the week. If you need some more detailed support you can book a free 15 minute consultation at reception

Quickly and reliably measure body fat, muscle mass, and more with our Bioimpedance Analysis Scanner. A great way to set a base-line, establish some goals, and measure your progress.

30-Day Plan

A 45-minute consultation including fitness assessment, optional body composition analysis and development of a tailored 30-day plan.
