We offer a range of fitness classes that are suitable for all fitness and experience levels so that anyone can participate and vary their workout routine with a fun, upbeat class from time to time. Some of our health club members prefer a workout schedule tailored mainly around different fitness classes. Either way, our classes are a great way to have a more fun, social workout that is supervised by an expert.
If you are looking for quality fitness classes in Malvern, Armadale, Prahran, Glen Iris All our fitness classes are lead by skilled instructors who will guide the class and provide you with support. If you are new to a class, have any concerns or any health conditions to be mindful of, let your instructor know before the class commences. They will be able to answer any queries and advise you of anything you may need to be wary of or which levels of the fitness routine you should follow as a beginner.

From the popular Les Mills programs, to our high intensity spin and targeted classes to different forms of yoga that make up our mind body programs. Beginners and new participants are always welcome and our instructors are always happy to provide you with the right support. Our Fitness Classes
You can choose a few different classes depending on what you find most enjoyable, what areas of fitness you wish to target or based on what you’re most curious to try. Our range includes
Pilates: Pilates exercises lengthen, strengthen and stretch all major muscle groups while also incorporating deep breathing and breath control. It is a favourite for conditioning, engaging core strength and improving flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Dance Fitness: Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, dance fitness has many physical and mental health benefits and is a surefire way to keep you smiling while working out!
Spin / Indoor Cycling: Spin is a low impact, high intensity workout providing all the fitness benefits of cycling but allowing you to work harder and faster in a controlled environment with energising beats. You can go at your own pace making these classes suitable for everyone.
Yoga: As part of our Mind & Body Program, we offer a number of different traditional yoga classes, yoga fusion and a yoga virtual class.
Zumba: Zumba takes the “work” out of workout. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise.
We host a wide range of scheduled and on demand virtual fitness classes in our Body Retreat Studio. They’re great if you can’t make our live classes, want to learn some moves outside of a live class, prefer to do classes outside of group, or just want a blast to finish your gym routine.
