Group Training

You’re more likely to turn up and train harder and longer when you train in a group. With over 55 instructor led classes per week plus virtual classes there is something to suit everyone at a time that suits you.

Beginners are very welcome – just let our friendly and experienced instructors know and they’ll look after you. Not sure what class is for you, then book in at reception for a free consultation.
