Group Fitness Classes

You’re more likely to turn-up and to train harder and longer in a group – making group fitness classes a great way to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Group fitness classes are professionally designed by qualified instructors using the latest training techniques to make sure you get the most from your work-out.

With over 55 instructor led fitness classes per week plus virtual fitness classes there is something to suit everyone at a time that suits you. You can participate once or twice a week as a supplement to your gym and cardio regime or build a 7-day a week health and fitness program combining functional training, cardio, yoga and/or Pilates, dance fitness and our high intensity, low impact spin classes.

Getting started is usually the hardest step. People can be apprehensive thinking they need to be familiar with the moves or have a training partner. This isn’t the case – beginners are very welcome and while bringing a friend can be a great way to get started and stay motivated it isn’t necessary. If you’re new – just let our friendly and experienced instructors know and they’ll look after you.
