Ross is a results-based fitness coach that is passionate about seeing his clients get fit and strong while having fun in the process.

Ross is registered with Fitness Australia and has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He’s also a former state-level squash player.

He uses his experience, knowledge and good humour to help achieve results through tailored and challenging but fun training experiences.

His specialities include Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning, Small Group Training, TRX, Boxing, and Spin.
