- Structure: Sessions are professionally designed by qualified instructors using the latest training techniques to make sure you get the most from your work-out.
- Support: The instructor and other class participants provide support and encouragement throughout the session helping you work harder for longer.
- Enjoyment: Challenging but fun workouts with energising music and a bit of comradery. Lots of variety within and between sessions to keep it interesting.
- Flexibility: Workouts are structured so you can go at your own pace and instructors are skilled at making sessions work for all abilities including beginners and experts.
Getting started is usually the hardest step. People can be apprehensive thinking they need to be familiar with the moves or have a training partner. This is not the case – beginners are very welcome and while bringing a friend can be a great way to get started and stay motivated it is not necessary.
